Supergirl’s Major Kryptonite Twist Deserved So Much More

Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Supergirl (2026)For the most part, the DCU's new Supergirlmovie does a good job adapting Tom King and Bilquis Evely's Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comic. Although certain arcs are more streamlined for the cinematic experience, the emotional core and foundations of Kara Zor-El's journey with Ruthye Marye Knoll are maintained fairly well. That said, there is one sequence I wish were more faithful to the original comic.
