DC has confirmed one major change for the franchise is a reality now as a result of its recent handling of the Green Lanterns and their on-screen stories. Despite being central figures in some of DC's most interesting comic stories - with the likes of Blackest Night and Sinestro Corps War being must-reads for fans - the Green Lanterns have only had glimpses of their full potential become visible on-screen.
