Netflix's 2-Part Cyberpunk Series Has One Of Its Best Pieces Of Worldbuilding

Although sci-fi TV has gotten increasingly ambitious in recent years, it is still striking to see just how much one Netflix hit managed to push viewers with its ambitious, dense worldbuilding. Sometimes, sci-fi worldbuilding and lore can be too complex and fast-paced for viewers to keep up with it, despite their best attempts. Even though director Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner is now viewed as a masterpiece that was ahead of its time, audiences and critics alike were befuddled by the adaptation of author Philip K. Dick’s Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? when it was first released.
