The genre of crime and detective TV shows is a very popular one, but with so many great and successful shows, other equally great ones have, unfortunately, become forgotten. Although not all crime TV shows are detective ones, such as Sons of Anarchy and Money Heist, many others do center around detectives. Some of these have made it to the list of the best TV shows of all time, as is the case for Mindhunter, True Detective, and The Wire, while others have been greatly influential in the genre.
