- Mechanical Engineer (Laboratories & Healthcare) - We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer specialized in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and exhaust systems for laboratory and healthcare projects. The candidate will be responsible for the full design, coordination, and execution of mechanical systems, with a strong focus on air quality, ventilation, and environmental control, ensuring compliance with strict technical and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and review HVAC systems for laboratories, cleanrooms, and medical facilities (airflow, ACH, pressure differentials, temperature & humidity control) - Design and supervise plumbing and drainage systems (water supply, medical gases support interfaces if applicable, wastewater systems) - Develop and review exhaust and ventilation systems (fume hoods, bio-safety exhaust, general exhaust) - Prepare and validate Sequence of Operation (SOO) for all mechanical systems - Perform cooling/heating load calculations and equipment selection Coordinate with electrical and architectural teams for full MEP integration - Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals Ensure compliance with standards such as ASHRAE and ISO - Supervise installation, testing & commissioning (TAB works included) - Integrate mechanical systems with BMS (BACnet / Modbus) - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
