Warning! Spoilers for Outlander season 8, episode 7, ahead!Outlander season 8 just hit us with a pretty tragic moment, but it might actually hint at a happier ending than what the books are likely to give. There are only a few episodes left in this final chapter of the romantasy series, yet there's still a whole lot left to wrap up before it comes to a definitive close. Of course, author Diana Gabaldon's book series has significantly more wiggle room, since she still has one whole other book left in the series. We know these two versions of the same story will end differently, but just how much remains to be seen.
