Warning! Spoilers for Scrubs season 10, episode 9, ahead!The Scrubs season 10 finale officially establishes a replacement for the original series' most memorable villain, and, in doing so, all but confirms that season 11 is on the way. This is a somewhat shocking outcome, since revival series that actually live up to their legacy are few and far between. Scrubs defied the odds with season 10, which holds an impressive 89% critic score and even more impressive 93% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Add in the record-breaking viewership of the revival's premiere episode, and it seems pretty likely that ABC will give the greenlight.
