Film noir traditions and their timeless inspirations have a tendency to show up in modern thrillers to this day. While bearing far older origins, this cinematic staple features a beautiful woman, all clad in black and oozing sexuality as she conceals nefarious motives and a checkered past. With action-thriller K-dramas being no stranger to said tropes, the femme fatale was a welcome addition to one of 2026's most highly-anticipated returns to hit Netflix, and it certainly did not disappoint.
