Marvel's recent confirmation of Spider-Man's copyright limitations supports the MCU theory that Matt Murdock's Daredevil will appear in Spider-Man 4. Daredevil and Spider-Man have both existed in the MCU since 2016, as Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock made his TV debut in Netflix's Daredevil season 1 and Tom Holland's Spider-Man made his MCU debut in Captain America: Civil War. However, it was only until Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock made a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home that Marvel confirmed both characters exist in the same universe.
