The Texas-based offshoot of 9-1-1 began in 2020 as the franchise’s first spinoff, but it quickly cemented its own identity through its diverse characters and unique storylines. 9-1-1: Lone Star’s cancelation unfortunately confirmed season 5 to be the final outing for the Austin Fire Department, but the series finale treated most of its characters kindly.
