What We Do in the Shadows' showrunner has revealed if Jemaine Clement and Taika Waititi will be returning to the show. The duo co-wrote, co-directed, and co-starred in the original 2014 mockumentary as vampire roommates Vladislav the Poker and Viago von Dorna Schmarten Scheden Heimburg (n von Blitzenberg), later reprising those roles in multiple episodes across seasons 1, 2, and 3 of the FX show based on the movie, which Clement also created. The upcoming What We Do in the Shadows season 6 is set to be the final season of the series.
