Despite receiving controversial reviews, Terrifier 3 scored $18.3 million at the box office during the opening weekend against its modest $2 million budget. The film had a limited theatrical run in August and follows a family of four being involved in a sadistic game of cat-and-mouse while being broadcast across the world.
