K-drama icon Park Seo-joon made his Hollywood debut in The Marvels, but the Marvel Cinematic Universe arguably wasted the 35-year-old actor. 2023 was a big year for Park Seo-joon's career, as he returned to the world of K-dramas with Gyeongseong Creature. The Netflix series was his first leading TV role since Itaewon Class, one of the best K-dramas of all time. Park Seo-joons role in The Marvels was also a big deal, especially because it is relatively uncommon for established K-drama stars to appear in Hollywood productions. He had previously starred in 2023's Dream and Concrete Utopia before appearing in The Marvels.
