Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the maintenance and care of all trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas within our projects. • Lead and manage landscaping operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. • Prepare and submit bids for government and private sector projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. • Prepare detailed technical documents, reports, and commercial proposals. • Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and project requirements. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. • Provide technical guidance and training to team members as needed.
