I'm a huge fan of Godzilla Minus One, and I'd love to see the director of the new Godzilla film take over the MonsterVerse franchise now. Godzilla Minus One is the best Godzilla movie that has been released in years, and compared to the mixed bag of the MonsterVerse's Godzilla movies, Godzilla Minus One is in an entirely different league. So, if the MonsterVerse wants to have its best future, it should respond to the success of Godzilla Minus One by handing the reins over to the film's director Takashi Yamazaki.
