- Receive the warehouse inbound materials and goods, arrange and store goods, equipment and other materials and disburse them to the concerned authorities, and participate in the stocktaking; Main Tasks: - Receive the materials to be stored to the warehouses and ensure that they comply with the specifications mentioned in the purchase orders, supply or samples - Organize and arrange the goods, equipment and other materials supplied to the warehouse, arrange them in their correct places and document their data; - Prepare, process and dispense materials to the concerned parties based on vouchers and in accordance with the approved dispensing mechanisms - Determine the needs in terms of goods and materials upon reaching the inventory threshold and keep a record of the input and output transactions related to the warehouse - Participate in inventory stocktaking, and match the actual inventory results to book and record balances
