It's not hard to see that online conversations around blockbuster releases have become dominated by box office numbers, opening weekend projections, break-even estimates, and debates about whether a movie should be considered a success or failure based on those numbers. While financial performance is certainly an important factor, it often feels like the actual movie gets lost in the discussion. This feels especially true when it comes to the recently released Star Wars movie with The Mandalorian & Grogu.
