Official Andor merchandise confirms the Star Wars TV show is bringing back the TIE-Avenger, the TIE Fighter that would have saved the Empire. Tony Gilroy's Andor is widely considered the best Star Wars TV show to date, and excitement is building for season 2, which releases on April 22. Clips released in November last year showed Cassian in the cockpit of a mysterious TIE prototype, which many believed to be the TIE-Avenger, a classic from the old Star Wars Expanded Universe.
