Terrifier 4 creator Damien Leone offers a major production update on the sequel, while teasing Art the Clown's origin will finally be revealed. Despite being the central antagonist of all three movies in the slasher franchise, Art's (David Howard Thornton) origins haven't been clarified yet, with much of his background before he began killing people shrouded in mystery. The end of Terrifier 3 set the stage for a deeper exploration of its mythos, with Sienna (Lauren LaVera) promising to find her cousin, Gabbie (Antonella Rose) after she falls into Hell. Meanwhile, Art is still alive, escaping on a bus.
