Victor Frankenstein created the Bride in 1831, some time after he created Eric Frankenstein. Victor fell in love with the Bride, and Eric killed Victor in response. According to the easter egg-filled Creature Commandos episode 2, Eric Frankenstein pursued the Bride for centuries, until the Bride was captured and recruited into Amanda Waller's Task Force M.
