The world of Sons of Anarchy expanded with the spinoff TV series Mayans M.C., and thanks to it, one Sons of Anarchy character appeared in more episodes than Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam). Although Sons of Anarchy gave closure to its main characters and left a more optimistic future for the title motorcycle club, there were still more stories from this world to be explored. The spinoff series Mayans M.C. changed the setting to the fictional border town of Santo Padre to follow the title MC, but some characters from Sons of Anarchy have made appearances in it.
