A spinoff series from the creators of 9-1-1 was the start of a brand-new franchise in network television. 9-1-1: Lone Star introduced a new premise following a firefighter from Manhattan, New York to Austin, Texas to rebuild a fire station team after a tragic loss leaving one survivor behind. A change of scenery, diverse characters, and new emergency storylines established a fresh space for the franchise and well-developed character arcs for excellent storytelling. Unfortunately, the series ends in 2024, bidding a final farewell to the 126 team.
