Captain America: Brave New World can finally answer whether Iron Man or Captain America was right nine years after Marvel's Captain America: Civil War. Civil War was the catalyst that tore the Avengers apart before Avengers: Infinity War. The government wanted to hold superheroes accountable through the Sokovia Accords and Tony Stark believed the Avengers should follow suit. However, Steve Rogers felt the best hands were still their own and the Avengers needed to act independently of any political entities. While the film's ending leans toward Cap's side, the film does a good job of justifying both sides.
