Henry Cavills Deadpool & Wolverine cameo exceeded most MCU fans expectations, but his brief appearance couldve been even better. It was revealed pretty early on in Deadpool & Wolverines production that the film would be a multiverse story. Anything is possible when you bring in the concept of alternative timelines and variants, especially wild cameos and castings that wouldnt make sense otherwise. The third installment of the Deadpool trilogy featured various cameos of Fox Marvel characters, but the most surprising cameo had nothing to do with past Marvel films at all.
