Jackpot! blends action and comedy into a tale about the downfalls of winning the lottery, and the movie features a talented and hilarious cast who gets to tell the story. The 2024 Amazon Prime Video film, directed by Paul Feig and written by Rob Yescombe, follows a struggling actress trying to make it big in Hollywood who wins the lottery in 2030. However, there is (unfortunately) a catch California instituted a law stating that those with a losing ticket get to claim the winner's money if they kill them before sundown. So, her survival becomes a race against the clock.
