The characters and animation of Tower of God may look different in Summer 2024, but the action will only continue as Ja Wangnan makes his bid to climb the Tower even further. The anime has evolved beyond the events of season 1, with an entire world built around the mysterious Tower, and many of its people in dire straits. Still, as hope is kindled for its latest climbers, and a new team is formed out of Proctor Love's Trustworthy Room test, the release of Tower of God season 2, episode #5 promises the appearance of a beloved season 1 character.
