Paramount has big plans for the future of Transformers, with many upcoming movies planned after 2023's Rise of the Beasts. The studio is developing multiple Transformers movies to be released in the next several years. Michael Bay helped launch the Transformers franchise in 2007 with stars Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox. Although Fox left after just two films, LaBeouf's Sam Witwicky remained the focus for the first trilogy.
