Given the lore of League of Legends and the character changes it'll have to include, I'm convinced that Arcane's upcoming second season will be way darker than the first season. Serving as a prequel to the popular videogame, Netflix's animated show Arcane largely focused on characters across the twin cities of Piltover and Zaun. The former is a prestigious and well-off metropolis, whereas the latter is an undercity full of criminals and violence. The tensions between the two cities boiled over in Arcane, spurned on by the personal conflict between estranged sisters Vi and Jinx reaching an explosive turning point.
