Perhaps even more exciting to me is Tom Hardy's interest in reprising his TV series role for the film. While addressing his Peaky Blinders movie return, Tom Hardy revealed that he wants to return as Alfie Solomons, saying he's "100%" behind the idea, though he's just "punting" at this point. So far, Oscar-winning actor Cillian Murphy's Tommy Shelby is the only character confirmed to be returning for the film even though Peaky Blinders season 6 suggested many characters' returns.
