Netflix's Skull Island season 2 scripts are finally completed. Released several months before the Monarch: Legacy of Monsters show, Skull Island (2023) is the first TV show in Legendary's Monsterverse. The show is an animated adventure set in the 1990s and explores the friendship between a few young heroes who are desperately trying to survive on Kong's island. Season 1 features Kong facing off against a mighty kraken and saving humans along the way.
