The Maze Runner film series includes the numerous action sequences expected of a dystopian action series, but there are a few scenes in particular that stand out among the rest. The Maze Runner series is based on the novels of the same name by James Dashner. The series follows a group of individuals, led by Thomas (Dylan O'Brien), who've been sent to a mysterious maze run by the World Catastrophe Killzone Department (WCKD). Each film follows the group as they uncover not only the truth behind the organization but also what makes them different from others.
