RESPONSIBILITIES: • Model the financial business case associated with each sale opportunity. • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses. • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. • Collect and document competitive intelligence. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers. • Meet with customers and engineers. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. • Assist in researching and developing new products. • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. • Setting and achieving sales goals. • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services when required. • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region. • Travelling to visit potential clients. • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers • Managing and interpreting customer requirements • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions • Offering after-sales support services • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
