قواعد سهلة تساعد على للنطق الصحيح - Easy rules for correct pronunciation

I will write some rules for a problem that most of us have which is wrong pronunciation we sometimes say some words with a wrong pronunciation because of how they look ex: phone "PH" together made the sound /f/ and there is some letters have more than 1 sound which confuse us ex: can we pronounce c as/k/

So To avoid these problems I will write some rules which can help you:


1- We make the sound /f/ when the letter "p" is followed by the letter "H" ex:1 phone.

2- When the letter "p" is followed by the letter "s" we make the sound /s/ ex: psychology.

3- The letter "c" makes the sound /k/ in front of the letters (a, o and u) ex: can, cold, cut.

4- The letter "c" makes the sound /s/ in front of the letters (e, i) ex: reception, city.

5- The letters "gh" together are silent ex: right but not always like in the word tough we pronounce them as /f/.

6- We make the sound /r/ when the letter "w" is followed by the letter "r" ex: write.

7- The letter "L" is usually silent when it's followed by the litter "m" ex: calm.

8- The letter "b" is usually SILENT when it's followed by the letter "m" ex: comb.

9- The letters "kn" together are pronounced /n/ ex: know.

10- We pronounce the letter "s" as "z" when it comes after 1 of these letters (b, g, d, v) ex: lives or as "s" after (p, t, k, f)ex: stops1.

[FONT=&quot] 3- الحرف "[/FONT]c[FONT=&quot]"ينطق /[/FONT]k[FONT=&quot]/عندما يسبق احدي الاحرف الأتية ([/FONT]a ,o ,u[FONT=&quot]) مثل[/FONT]can ,cold ,cut
[FONT=&quot] 4- الحرف "[/FONT]c[FONT=&quot]"ينطق /[/FONT]s[FONT=&quot]/عندما يأتي قبل الاحرف الأتية ([/FONT]e, i[FONT=&quot])مثل :[/FONT]reception, city
[FONT=&quot] 5- الحرفين "[/FONT]gh[FONT=&quot]" لا ينطقن مثل: [/FONT]rightلكن ليس دائما مثل كلمة[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]tough[FONT=&quot] هنا ينطق/[/FONT]f/
[FONT=&quot] 6- عندما يسبق حرف ":[/FONT]w[FONT=&quot]"حرف " [/FONT]r[FONT=&quot] " ينطق حرف "[/FONT]R[FONT=&quot]" فقط مثل: [/FONT]write
[FONT=&quot] -7 حرف "[/FONT]L[FONT=&quot]" عادة لا ينطق عندما يأتي بعده حرف "[/FONT]m[FONT=&quot]"مثل :[/FONT]calm
[FONT=&quot] -8 حرف "[/FONT]b[FONT=&quot]"لا ينطق لما يأتي بعد حرف "[/FONT] m[FONT=&quot] " مثل :[/FONT]climb
[FONT=&quot] -9الحرفين [/FONT]knمع بعض ننطق حرف[FONT=&quot] "[/FONT]n[FONT=&quot]" فقط مثل:[/FONT]know
[FONT=&quot] 10- ينطق حرف ال"[/FONT]s" " z[FONT=&quot] " لما يأتي بعد احدي الحروف الأتية[/FONT]b, d ,g, v[FONT=&quot])مثل :[/FONT]stands, lives
