Although Tuvok and Spock didn’t serve together, the second most iconic Vulcan character in the Star Trek franchise did clarify Spock’s struggle with one legendary line. A major character in Voyager who later appeared in Deep Space Nine and Picard, Tim Russ’s Tuvok represents a pivotal comparison point with the iconic Doctor Spock. Unlike Spock, Tuvok is fully Vulcan with no human heritage, meaning he is less conflicted about his Vulcan identity.
